Hi,

I have a similar issue:

ImportError: /opt/ros/kinetic/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/cv2.so: undefined
symbol: PyCObject_Type

I tried
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
and
sudo pip install
opencv-python
(also with pip3 just in case), but the problem
persist...

Any idea? Thanks in advance.
Regards.
