descripción del puesto es la siguiente:
Responsible for managing the team of developers, designers, free
lancers and vendors. This involves prioritizing workload, managing
people, managing budgets, involvement in the management team for
CondéNet, Set the standard for other employees and subcontractors to
follow in terms of professionalism and discipline Maintain and develop
resource utilization plans, understand short and long term needs,
scale the organization accordingly using the right mix of FTE's,
contractor and vendors. Responsible for the local budget both in terms
of setting it in close cooperation with CM and HQ and secondly for
following up and suggest adjustments when needed.Develop and maintain
a project plans. Be sure the project stays on schedule. Notify the
Project Owner if in the case of risks. Understand the scope of the
project, and be ready to discuss and implement change orders as they
occur. Do not perform additional work without a understanding of
implications and clarified budget. Provide
hands-on production of the projects from start to finish. Participate
in pre- sales meetings. The purpose of this meeting is to review the
project before commitments are made, making sure we are leveraging the
platform and build high quality solutions. Be a part of the Local
management team and work tight with the CM to understand local
prioritizes. Communicate weekly with HQ, updating on projects status
and notifying of any changes and/or discrepancies. In addition the
running of the business in the market, what's going well? What needs
to be improved. Work according to the guidelines provided by the
International Operations team, contribute to the evolution of the
role.
