efectivamente el archivo no existia, yo pense que el propio cameraserver lo
creaba por eso no tenia ningun archivo,

he creado un archivo en blanco que se llama:
video-4.avi

lo hice con gedit. El problema es que me dice claramente lo siguiente:

root en pc-jaime:/home/jaime/trunk/src/components/cameraserver# cameraserver
--Ice.Config=cameraserver.cfg
05/10/12 15:59:34.710 cameraserver: warning: found unknown properties for
object adapter `CameraSrv':
    CameraSrv.Camera.0.Format
    CameraSrv.Camera.0.FramerateD
    CameraSrv.Camera.0.FramerateN
    CameraSrv.Camera.0.ImageHeight
    CameraSrv.Camera.0.ImageWidth
    CameraSrv.Camera.0.Name
    CameraSrv.Camera.0.Uri
    CameraSrv.DefaultMode
    CameraSrv.NCameras
info: CameraSrv: Created object adapter.
CameraSrv: Component infrastructure thread created.
info: CameraSrv: Application initialized.
info: Creating camera cameraA
info: Creating pipeline with config: GSTVideoPipeline config: name=cameraA
srcpipeline= uri=file:///home/jaime/video-4.avi width=360 height=240 bpp=0
framerate=15/1 format=0x9691078
info: Pipeline caps: video/x-raw-rgb, bpp=(int)24, depth=(int)24,
width=(int)360, height=(int)240, framerate=(fraction)15/1
info: Component infrastructure changed state to Initialising.
info: Component infrastructure changed state to Working.
Activating adapter...
Adapter activated
info: Component infrastructure: adapter activated.
info: Component infrastructure: nothing left to do, quitting
info: Starting pipeline
info: Starting thread for camera: cameraA
error: Error: El flujo no contiene datos.

¿ Que requisitos debe cumplir el archivo donde apunta el Path
CameraSrv.Camera.0.Uri=file:///home/jaime/video-4.avi ?

Un saludo, ya tengo ganas de que funciones. Gracias!
