[JdeRobot] Ubuntu precise repository

Hi, 

that repository does not contain the precise distribution packages anymore.
jderobot.org/apt is now the repository of the newest version of
JdeRobot(5.3.0), so the manual is deprecated. I have to update it soon.
About the precise repository, I don't know at this moment if we are going to
reactivate it again, but I will keep you updated.
