[JdeRobot] Teleoperator for fliyingKinect

Hi Samuel,

yes, there is already a teleoperator for the flyingkinect. It's called
cameraNavigator, and it's in the main repository
(src/stable/components/cameraNavigator)

I'm updating the manual, so this week you will have an entry explaining how
it works.
