[JdeRobot] Trying cameraserver

This is a very stupid issue ;)
First webcam ID is '0', but code at JdeRobot is using '1' (a second one) by
default.

Just loot at OpenCV webcam example/docs for more info.

If not, this is a terrible ploblem that hints issues with v4l library (this
includes incompatibility with embeded laptop camera).
