[JdeRobot] [kokubilib] Error when I try to install kobubilib

Hi Jose,

JdeRobot 5.4 packages are not created neither supported for Ubuntu
14.04, only for the last LTS 16.04. You can install it from source
code in 14.04 and tune what particular components are going to be
compiled and installed there. Fortunately kobukilib is a library to
deal with the real Kobuki robot, what is needed only by the
kobuki_driver. And we don't need it at all for our project with nVidia
TX1. So you can safely tune the CMake.list to avoid compiling and
installing both kobuki_driver and kobukilib.
