[JdeRobot] adaptation to yaml

Hi Alberto, 

not, you need the adapter to create the driver, "Server" porperty of yml 
file indicates if you use ICE (1) or ROS (2), if you don't put this property
to 1, comm will not create Ice Communicator (ic).

in [1] you have a example of yml config file for tools, yours will be a
little different
