[KGB-L3] understanding and using Drscrtach tool

Hi
I am part of the team in Govt of Goa, India implementing a rather large
project of introducing Computational thinking in 450 schools of Goa from
grade VI, VII, VIII consisting of 65000 students
We have are conducting coding competition and we have received 5700 entries
are currently evaluating them after some brief analysis like number of
blocks, custom blocks whether loops used etc as seen from screenshot
I have checked the dr scratch tool and it looks wonderful work and thanks
for creating such a wonderful tool
However can please explain what all measurements can be done and what are
the parameters used to measure CT concepts
