[KGB-L3] Problem with Dr.Scratch

Dear Dr.Scratch Developers,

Hello, I am a Dr.Scratch user and while I was trying to evaluate some
open-source scratch projects for research purposes, I realized the
evaluator was not reading any of the projects, and every time when I put a
project URL, it returned a message saying "Error! Your project doesn't
exist in Scratch's servers". I remember I had no problem using it back in
December 2021. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
