Dear Dr.Scratch team,

Sorry to bother you. I am a PhD student at Southeast University (China). As
you know, your team developed the Dr.Scratch software for analyzing
computational thinking skills used in Scratch projects. We conducted
Scratch programming activities in several classes in China and collected
Scratch projects from the students. We wanted to analyze the students’
computational thinking skills with the Dr.Scratch tool. However, when we
use Dr.Scratch (*http://www.drscratch.org/ <http://www.drscratch.org/>*) to
analyze the Scratch 3.0 projects, it always shows “*Server Error (500)*”.
We’ve tried a lot of ways to fix it, but it's still not fixed. Therefore,
we would like to ask you if there is any way to solve this problem?

We would appreciate it if you could take some time to help us out with
this. We wish good health to you, your family, and community.

Yours sincerely,
Junjie Liu
