  Dear all,

  It is my pleasure to announce the 8th Madrilenian Seminar on Software
Engineering (MadSESE). This time, we will have Stefano Zacchiroli [1] from
LTCI, Télécom Paris, Polytechnic Institute of Paris (France), and Minghui
Zhou [2] from Peking University as our guest speakers. We look forward to
your abstracts and participation. Note that registration is mandatory as
lunch will be included (for free) and we'd like to know in advance who is
coming.

  The dates to keep in mind are following:

  Submission of abstracts: October 17th
  Registration (free, but mandatory): October 24th
  Seminar: October 30th

  == Call for Presentations ==

  Anyone active in the field is invited to submit an abstract (max. two A4
pages) of a talk -- to be sent before October 17th to grex at gsyc.urjc.es.

  Based on these extended abstracts, the organization will construct an
exciting program. The length of the talks will depend on the number of
submissions.

  == Registration ==

  Attending MadSESE seminars is free (as in gratis), but registration is
required, as we plan to have lunch together which will be covered by the
organization (thanks to the support of the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos).

before October 24th.

  == Co-located event: Digital Resilience Forum ==

  On the 29th of October the Digital Resilience Forum at the Círculo de
Bellas Artes will take place. Those attending MadSESE will surely have much
