Javier! i hope you are well... it seems a long time since our 
discussions about QoS over wifi... sadly we haven't seemed to find the 
funding for working on this yet, but i am ever hopeful... in the 
meantime Nico Pace just pointed me to https://github.com/LibreQoE/LibreQoS

any observations?
