[Opensym2020] Draft version of email to authors with regsitration and presentation info

  Dear all,

  I've put a draft version of the email with further info for authors
(registration, presentations, videos) in the TODO Google Doc [1] that you
all should have access to. It can be found on page 4.

  Any comments and suggestions are welcome. The idea is to send it tonigh.
