[Opensym2021] OpenSym Outreach Asia Happy Hour

  Amit and I have been working on organizing a happy our next week for the
Asian region. I am still working on the details to have it running using
BigBlueButton, so a URL will come soon, but below is the first version of
our "save the date". More details will come soon.

  let's see how it goes, and thanks in advance to Amit for all the energy
put into it.
