[Opensym2021] Call for papers and concept (last call)

  Dear all,

  This is the last request for comments for the CfP [1] and the conference
concept [2] of OpenSym 2021 on which the PC co-chairs and the publicity
chairs have been working lately.

 Please, have a look at the documents; I think it would be wise to start
circulating them at the end of the week.
