[Opensym2021] Call for papers and concept (last call)

  Thanks, Amit!

  I will try to move that it gets listed in the ACM SIGs.

  One idea that we talked about was to organized a short meet-up for
presenting the conf and Q&A, with special focus on your region... do you
think that is a good idea?

  (we can do it as well for the Americas and Africa if Hernán, Pablo and
Stefan find it an interesting idea)
