Hola Jesús,
a ver, en la variable de entorno LD_LIBRARY_PATH has de meter el
DIRECTORIO donde el enlazador dinámico buscará las bibliotecas dinámicas
que necesiten los ejecutables. En particular, los plugins (son
bibliotecas dinámicas) que necesitará el simulador gazebo. Parece que tú
has puesto el nombre completo de los ficheros, y no es eso sino que hay
que poner el directorio en el que están. En tu caso
parece /home/arck/jde/src/components/gazeboserver/build-independent
