[JdeRobot] VTK cmake warning

Good evening,
Could you check if you have installed also libpcl-1.7-all-dev?
Usually libpcl-*-all (without "dev") packages doesn't install the headers
and other files needed for developing and compiling, which are found in the
"dev" versions.
