[JdeRobot] How to collaborate in JdeRobot

Feel so glad that my effort helps:-)

I'm really having fun with JdeRobot(Thanks, guys!) and the HowTo currently
is not so polished obviously, so any comments and feedback are welcome.

Let's work together to make JdeRobot a better community!!!
