[JdeRobot] How to collaborate in JdeRobot

Hi all,

Finally we have a great HowTo that explains step-by-step the process to
contribute or upload patch to JdeRobot project. The main collaborate
page is [1] and the process to upload new source code to the project is
described in [2]. 

Once you make the pull request, the source code will be reviewed and
finally merge with the master if everything is ok.
