My solution only works with UVC webcams, so maybe your webcam is not UVC 
compatible and use their own driver (as my creative live webcam that 
uses ov51x-jpeg).

You need to know what type of driver uses your webcam using dmesg just 
after plug it and lsmod to see the modules chain.
