[JdeRobot] ardrone_server: cmake & ExternalProject

Hi all,

After some headaches, I finally compile ardone_server (is a minimal
milestone, but hurra!).

I used cmake to build both, ardonelib and ardrone_server.
It has been realized with ExternalProject help.

If CPack do not requires to trace all files, I hope that this recipe will
work.

Working code:
- Sdk + examples [1]
- sdk + ardrone_server [2]
