[JdeRobot] Getting encoder data from simulated pioneer

Hi all,

I'm just wondering if it is possible to get the encoder data from the
pioneer main motors. I've been checking the endpoints but I did not find
any interface that provide that information.

I just want to know the current linear and angular speed of the robot and
if it possible the max permitted speed for both motors (linear and angular).

That information was available in older versions of the plugins but I dont
know if now is possible to get them.
