Hi!

yes that info seems to be correct, but you stil have few options for the PCL
problem.

1. Look for another PCL repo (not official) that supports Vivid distro.
2. Compile PCL by your own from source [1]

If you can reach a solution about PCL, you still can try the package
installation of JdeRobot and see if it works. If it doesn't, the last option
(without making a distro downgrade) is to compile the whole JdeRobot project
manually, as shown in [2]

The vwry last option is to reinstall your S.O to Ubuntu 14.04, but that
should be your last bullet ;)
