[JdeRobot] Release 5.4.0 is out of the box

A new version of JdeRobot is here, the 5.4.0 release. It is equivalent
to 5.3.3 in functionality, but has been generated with the new
directory organization in the source code.

In [1] and [2] you have more info about this new release. As usual,
packages both for Ubuntu (14.04, 32 or 64 bits) and Debian (jessie, 32
or 64bits) have been generated.

PD: We are working on the jump to Gazebo7, openCV3 and Ubuntu-16.04
for the next releases :-)
