[JdeRobot] adding turtlebut.world in the official github repo

Hello all,

The turtlebot.world file as used in this video
http://jderobot.org/Running_JdeRobot#Simulated_Kobuki_.2B_KobukiViewer is
not included in the official github repository.

Wondering if that'll be included anytime soon.
