[JdeRobot] Problem installing JdeRobot in ubuntu 16.04

Hello,
I am trying to install the new version of JdeRobot but I can't install the
dependencies:
srey en papagena:~$ sudo apt-get install jderobot-deps-dev
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
jderobot-deps-dev : Depends: libgazebo7-dev but it is not going to be
installed
Depends: opencv-libs but it is not going to be
installed
Depends: libpcl-dev but it is not going to be installed
Depends: vtk7 but it is not going to be installed
Depends: opencv-libs but it is not going to be
installed
Depends: libpcl-io1.8 but it is not going to be
installed
Depends: libpcl-visualization1.8 but it is not going to
be installed
Depends: libpcl-surface1.8 but it is not going to be
installed
Depends: libpcl-recognition1.8 but it is not going to
be installed
Depends: libpcl-apps1.8 but it is not going to be
installed
Depends: vtk7 but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
I have tried to install those packages but I can't:
