[JdeRobot] [Progeo] Error compiling component

Hi Manuel, 

run the following to be sure that you have all XML libraries installed:

*sudo apt-get install libxml++2.6-2v5 libxml++2.6-dev libtinyxml-dev*

Then tries to compile and show us the cmake output and the compilation error
because it makes bad linking, but we do not know the why
