[JdeRobot] "kobukilib" related error when installing jderobot on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Hi, 

This problem occurs because ros use python-catkin-pkg and kobukilib needs
python3-catkin-pkg and the are incompatibles.

for install jderobot 5.4.1 you don't need ros so if you don't install
ros-kinetic-turtlebot-gazebo, all will be fine
