[JdeRobot] [jderobot] Error in import CV2

Thanks for your answer.

Ubuntu 16.04 was installed recently from zero and after the installation
and follow the steps to install JdeRobot 5.5, so everything is freshly
installed.

If there is not any other idea, I will try to reinstall Ubuntu and JdeRobot
again from zero.
