[JdeRobot] Problem with the example 4.3:Real Kobuki + Kobuki_driver + KobukiViewer R

I follow the instructions:

1. Connect your laptop to the real robot using the USB cable it has.
2. Run kobuki_driver
3. launch the kobukiViewer tool:

But I received the next error:

The first terminal have the error and the second is running the driver. I
don't know how to solve it
