[JdeRobot] New project idea for GSoC-19

Hi, 

I have gone through your organisation's github repositories and I found
some work related to Robotics with FPGAs. I have quite some experience
with FPGA (Verilog/VHDL). I would like to know is there any possibility
that I take a project related to this under your organization and also
if you have some related idea suggestion please mention. Thank You.
