[KGB-L3] Teacher/API access to Dr Scratch

  Hi, David

  we discontinued the organizations service because we didn't have the
funding for it. We haven't been able to convince public bodies that this is
something interesting to have :(

  if you send us the sb3 file, we will have a look at it, and see if there
is bug somewhere that needs to be fixed.

  we don't have an API for doing that right now. Let me see if I find a
student that wants to implement it in the next future.
