Eva M. Castro received the Ph.D. in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid, Spain, in 2003/04.
In 1997 she joined ISABEL developer team. ISABEL is a distributed multimedia application which runs over heteregoneous networks and provides a customizable enviroment to define CSCW services. Her responsabilities included ISABEL application software design and implementation. She was involved in SABA-2 and LONG projects.
From 2002 to 2005, she was Teaching Assistant in the Rey Juan Carlos University, Madrid.
From 2005 to 2006 she was Associated Professor in the Alcalá de Henares University, Madrid.
Nowadays she is Associated Professor in the Rey Juan Carlos University, Madrid. Her current research interests include IPv6 at application level.
