He encontrado el historial de instalación de paquetes:

    redstar en redstar-VirtualBox:~$ grep -i commandline /var/log/apt/history.log
    Commandline: apt-get install mesa-util

    Commandline: apt-get install subversion
    Commandline: apt-get install libtbb2
    Commandline: apt-get install libboost-program-options1.46.1

    Commandline: apt-get install libtar0
    Commandline: apt-get install libboost-regex1.46.1
    Commandline: apt-get install libogre-1.7.4
    Commandline: apt-get install libcegui-mk2-0.7.5


Los que he necesitado para poner en marcha gazebo están a continuación 
de la instalación de subversion.

No sé qué ha podido pasar, pero tras instalar las guest additions de 
virtual box no puedo poner en marcha gazebo:

    redstar en redstar-VirtualBox:~/jderobot/trunk/src/stable/components/gazeboserver/plugins/pioneer$ source /usr/share/gazebo/setup.sh
    redstar en redstar-VirtualBox:~/jderobot/trunk/src/stable/components/gazeboserver/plugins/pioneer$ gazebo worlds/jaramaSigueLineas.world
