[JdeRobot] ICE Connection refused

Hi Arturo,

The problema that I see is with the Interface "CMDVelPrx". 

If your component comes from Introrob_py, required that the server has in
use all interfaces of the drone (CMDVel, Camera, Extra, Pose3D,...) and only
cameraserver uses the camera, so the rest will give the error:
Ice.ConnectionRefusedException. Your Component stops when a interface raises
a error.

try that if there is an error with connections to display a message on
screen, but the component to keep running and you should be able to connect
with cameraserver.
