[JdeRobot] skipping packages for 32-bit machines?

Hi,

right now there are basically two ways of installing JdeRobot: (a)
from source code (b) from binary packages.

(a) The source code is fully available at the official github
repository [1]. Following this path requires to install on your own
many dependences of our robotic framework (Gazebo, pcl, opencv,
ice...)

(b) In order to simplify the installation of JdeRobot several binary
packages are built and provided: for Ubuntu 14.04 for 32bit machines,
Ubuntu 14.04 for 64bit machines, Debian Jessie for 32bit machines and
Debian Jessie for 64bit machines.

I'm wondering whether we could skip the support for 32-bit machines in
the packages and just focus only on 64-bit machines or not. That would
simplify the maintenance effort of JdeRobot,
What do you think?

[2] we will jump to Ubuntu 16.04 in short
