[JdeRobot] skipping packages for 32-bit machines?

I think that s a good idea in order to simplify we work. For example right
now we are preparing several jumps of versions (Ice 3.6, gazebo7,...) and
Luis Roberto is having problems preparing above all dependencies packages
for debian 8 of 32bits.

Also think that currently , the 32-bit PCs practically are not sold.
