ConnectionRefusedException: Ice.ConnectionRefusedException: Connection
refused 
this trace indicates that either you are not using the correct port in a
camera, or that the gazebo plugin does not work well.
* For the first, check that they are the ports with which you indicate the
plugin of gazebo at boot
* For the second, relauch the world
